Crescent Bay
A wide arc of sand, framed by headlands, with the best bluff-top view in north Laguna.
Crescent Bay is the postcard. A clean half-moon of sand, palm-fringed at the top, with rock headlands on both ends that fold seal colonies and surfers into the same frame. The bluff above is a quiet residential street with one of the great public viewpoints on this coast, especially as the light goes.
The beach itself is uncomplicated. Wide sand, room for towels, gentle bodysurfing on calm days. Park on the residential streets above and walk down the stairs; mornings and weekdays are quietest.
