Eight oceanfront villas at the quiet end of Sleepy Hollow Lane, with direct beach access onto Cleo Cove. The offers on this page are designed for the way our guests actually use Sunset Cove: a week of slower mornings, a month of working from the rooftop, a holiday with the whole family across two or three villas, a return visit in the soft off-season light.
Every offer below is available only when you book directly with us. Listing sites add platform fees we do not control; the lowest nightly rates and the most flexibility on your stay are reserved for guests who reach us here. The longest stays are also the easiest. By the second week, the rooftop becomes an office, the cove becomes a routine, and the village quietly arranges itself around your day.

Stay longer, save more
Stay seven nights or more and the nightly rate steps down. The longer you stay, the more the cove starts to feel like home. Available on every villa, direct bookings only.

Best value
Our best value, by a long way. Stays of twenty-eight nights or more on any of the eight villas, with the option to extend month to month for working stays and slow seasons.
Pricing varies by season and villa. Write to us for a tailored monthly quote.
On request
Reserve directly and ask us what we can do for your stay. A waived parking fee on a longer booking is the most common example, though the right gesture depends on stay length, season, and party. We will let you know what works when we send your reservation summary.
Discretionary goodwill, varies by booking. Mention when you inquire so we can include it in your written confirmation.
Seasonal
Quieter days, softer rates. November through early March is Laguna at its most local: empty mornings on the cove, sweater weather on the rooftop, and dinner reservations without a wait.
Excludes Thanksgiving week, the December holidays, and Presidents Day weekend.
For groups
Booking two or more of the eight villas for a family gathering, retreat, or wedding party? Ask about our group rate. We build the reservation across villas and confirm a single arrival.
Whole-property buyouts available. Wedding and event inquiries route through our events team.
Tuesday to Thursday
Tuesday-through-Thursday stays on select villas at a softer nightly rate, year round. Quieter coves, easier dinner reservations, the slow version of Laguna.
Subject to availability. Holiday weeks and event weekends excluded.

If you are planning to stay in Laguna Beach for a week or a month, the math at Sunset Cove starts to work in your favor. Our oceanfront villas are the choice for extended stays: luxury, comfort, and a fully equipped kitchen, paired with reduced nightly rates and direct-only savings when you book with us.
Make your extended stay even more rewarding with our weekly and monthly rate plans. The longer the stay, the lower the nightly. Direct guests also get access to concierge planning on request. Write to us with your dates and we will quote pricing in one business day.
